Disabed Add-in for Outlook Classic

Issue: Email Signature Not Displaying (BrandMail)

Steps to Resolve (BrandMail):

1.     
Open Outlook and go to File.


2.     
Select Options (bottom left of the window).


3.     
Navigate to Add-ins.


4.     
Look for the Add-in named BrandQuantum_BrandMail_AddinModule.


  • If Inactive:
    • Go to Manage: COM Add-ins and click Go.

    • If unchecked, check the box next to the Add-in and click OK to enable it.

  • If Disabled:
    • Change the dropdown from COM Add-ins to Disabled Items, click Go.

    • In the new window, select the Add-in, click Enable, then Close.

    • Repeat step 3 to confirm it's now active.

5.     
You should now see the BrandMail Add-in in Outlook.

6.     
Click the Add-in, then select Settings and ensure the correct Platform Instance is selected.

  • If your unit uses Azure Active Directory (AAD), check Use Azure Active Directory and click Test Connection.
    • A popup will confirm a successful connection.

7.     
Under the Add-in, click Synchronize Data and wait for the sync to complete.

8.     
Test by opening a New Email and replying to one to confirm the signature appears.
