BrandOffice or BrandMail: Add-in continues to be disabled after being enabled:

Note: Please ensure that winword.exe, excel.exe and powrpnt.exe is not running in the list of processes under the Windows Task Manager prior to commencing this fix.
If Word, Excel or PPT keeps deactivating an add-in, first of all try to uninstall & reinstall the given add-in. If it doesn’t solve the issue and the add-in is still being displayed as inactive, please follow these steps to activate the add-in:
Go to start, Run and type Regedit.exe and click OK. The registry editor will load.
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > OFFICEAPPLICATION > Addins.
BrandOffice Word Registry
Choose the BrandOffice add-in and once selected please check what the LoadBehavior is set to (by double clicking on LoadBehavior). OFFICEAPPLICATION can be either Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
Edit LoadBehavior
If this is set to any value other than 3 then the BrandOffice add-in will keep disabling.
Please change the Value data: to 3
this will ensure the BrandOffice add-in stops disabling.
BrandMail:
Note: Please ensure that outlook.exe is not running in the list of processes under the Windows Task Manager, prior to commencing this fix.
If Outlook keeps deactivating an add-in, first of all try to uninstall & reinstall the given add-in. If it doesn’t solve the issue and the add-in is still being displayed as inactive, please follow these steps to activate the add-in:
Go to start, Run and type Regedit.exe and click OK. The registry editor will load.
Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Microsoft > Office > Outlook > Addins.
