BrandMail Error: Load Behavior: Not loaded. Certificate of signed and load at start-up COM Add-in is not in trusted source list

Add-in is enabled but BRANDMAIL tab is not showing in Outlook

If an add-in is enabled and still not showing inside of Outlook, please check if the Add-in is listed as an enabled COM Add-in. 

Go to File > Options > Add-ins

If the BrandQuantum BrandMail Add-in appears in the available drop-down list with the following message:

"Load Behavior: Not loaded. Certificate of signed and load at start-up COM Add-in is not in trusted source list" OR "Not loaded. The user selected to disable macros." then the trust Center Security Settings need to be lowered. 

Please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Outlook Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings 

2. Under Add-ins please untick Apply macro settings to installed add-ins. 

This will allow the BrandMail add-in to load.
