Adding company divisions

How to add company divisions

Company divisions allow you to control access to content, as well as assist with providing different email signatures. You can create as many divisions as are required. Users may also belong to more than one division.

1. Log into the BQIgnite Admin console using your admin credentials.
2. Go to the COMPANIES drop-down menu, and select DIVISIONS.

3. Use the + to add a Division.

4. SAVE CHANGES
The new Division will now become available in your company division listing.
If you would like users to be able to immediately have access to the content for this division, please force a sync in order for the changes to take effect quicker. Alternatively, ask the user to perform a manual sync.
