Physical and postal addresses are added for each company. All users which belong to the company will have access to all addresses loaded in the platform for selection in the BrandMe form. These addresses are then available for use in signature metadata and the BrandMe pages.
2. Go to the COMPANIES drop-down menu, and select ADDRESSES.
3. Use the + to add a physical or postal address.
4. SAVE CHANGES.
The new department will now become available in the signature metadata for all users which form part of the company.
If you would like users to be able to immediately select the new department from the drop-down department field in the BrandMe form in BrandMail, please force a sync
in order for the changes to take effect quicker. Alternatively, ask the user to perform a manual sync.
