Adding company departments

Adding company departments

How to Add Company Departments

Company departments are used in BrandMail in the signature metadata. Departments are a drop-down field in the BrandMe form. In order to add to your department list:

1. Log into the BQIgnite Admin console using your admin credentials.
2. Go to the COMPANIES drop-down menu, and select DEPARTMENTS.
Company Departments
3. Use the + to add a department.

4. SAVE CHANGES

The new department will now become available in the signature metadata for all users which form part of the company.

If you would like users to be able to immediately select the new department from the drop-down department field in the BrandMe form in BrandMail, please force a sync in order for the changes to take effect quicker. Alternatively, ask the user to perform a manual sync.
