Access the BQIgnite Admin Console

Use this guide to sign in to the BQIgnite Admin Console. Choose built-in credentials, Microsoft, Google or a passkey.

Before you begin

• Ensure you have User Administrator or Toolbar Administrator permissions, or user access if you are updating your email signature information.
• Use Google Chrome or the latest version of Microsoft Edge. The Admin Console may not function correctly in other browsers.
• Have access to your one-time password (OTP) if you are signing in with built-in credentials, Microsoft or Google.

Steps

Open the sign-in page

1. Open https://app.bqignite.com/.

   

2. Select your organisation’s platform region from Select platform region.

   

Note: The available regions are Global, Africa and Middle East. Check with your administrator if you do not know which region to use.

Sign in with built-in credentials

1. Select the envelope icon under sign in.

   

2. Enter your email address in Email Address.
3. Enter your password in Password.
4. Select sign in.

Sign in with Microsoft

1. Select the Microsoft icon under sign in.

   

2. Select your account on the Pick an account screen.

Sign in with Google

1. Select the Google icon under sign in.

   

2. Select your account on the Choose an account screen.

Verify your sign-in

Complete these steps after signing in with built-in credentials, Microsoft or Google. Passkey sign-in does not require an OTP.

1. Enter the OTP sent to the contact method shown on the screen.

   

2. Select VERIFY.

Sign in with a passkey

1. Select the key icon under sign in.

   

2. Follow your browser’s prompt to sign in with your fingerprint, face or security key.

Check it worked

After you sign in, the landing dashboard shows EVERYDAY and MANAGE sections with shortcuts to console features.
