Add an administrator to BQIgnite platform

How to add an administrator to BQIgnite

Various levels of administration exist in the BQIgnite platform. 

System admins

System admins are designated BrandQuantum administrators with the necessary system and security privileges.

User admins

User admins are organizational administrators which have access across all platform modules, including company settings, users, content and reports.

Toolbar admins

Toolbar admins have access to toolbar content and are able to add, edit and remove content loaded onto BQ toolbars across the BrandQuantum platform. 

User admins are able to allocate toolbar admin rights to other users from within the BQIgnite platform. User admins may not grant user admin rights for other users due to security protocols. To request user admin rights for another user, please log a helpdesk request. Please ensure the request is submitted by a valid and active user administrator in your organization.

To log a user admin request, please email requesting user admin rights for your user. 

Important: please ensure that the user requiring admin rights is an active user in the BQIgnite platform. If the user requires admin rights across multiple brands/companies, please be sure to specify these in your request.
