No signature or banner appears after my sync has finished
How to correct no email signature or banner appearing after a BrandMail upgrade or normal sync
This may happen if you are syncing a second workstation, after a version upgrade, or when your connectivity speed has prevented all toolbar items from syncing correctly. Please ask your administrator to force a sync for your user profile or submit a ticket and we will refresh for you: support@brandquantum.com.
Prior to version 45, forced syncs could only only be performed by administrators. From version 45, a forced sync can be performed form the workstation by simply doing two consecutive syncs within a 15 minute interval.
