Refreshing or regenerating email signatures
How to regenerate user email signatures
Signature changes can be made by admins in the signature editor. As users update their signature metadata and sync, these changes are synchronised to their workstations.
But at times (when email signature design changes are significant), it becomes necessary to completely regenerate signature images for all users, prior to forcing a sync to the user base. To regenerate the signatures for your user base:
1. Open the toolbar where your signature template(s) reside and click on ACTIVITY LOG
2. Click on REFRESH SIGNATURE METADATA RECORDS
3. When the pop up comes up, click YES
4. To view the refresh process, click on REFRESH LOG ENTRIES
