Duplicating Signature Metadata

How to duplicate a user's signature information

Every toolbar a user has access to requires it's own signature information.

In order to create a duplicate signature:

1. Give your user access to the new toolbar by adding them to the respective division.
2. Go to USERS > SIGNATURE METADATA and identify the user which requires the duplicate signature
3. Highlight the metadata row and select the 3 dots on the top right
4. Choose DUPLICATE

5. In "Target toolbar" select the toolbar you are duplicating the signature information for.

6. Make any edits to the signature information, as required.
7. Please force a sync for your user in order to refresh the database and ensure they pick up the second toolbar and signature, as required.
