BrandMail Release Notes: version 2.2.0.17:

What's new in BrandMail version 2.2.0.17:

BrandMail version 2.2.0.17 sees the introduction of some really exciting new features:

Rate My Service:

Administrators now have the ability to include Surveys on email signatures. These surveys could include:

  • Service feedback e.g. smiley face ratings, star ratings, 1-10 ratings
  • Product feedback
  • Links to further inquiries "tell me more about product X"
  • Referral programs e.g. "recommend product X and receive $20 off!"
  • Admins can design surveys in the admin console and include a link to these surveys either above or below email signatures
  • Click through's go straight to survey pages
  • Data regarding which user is being rated (or from whose email the survey was clicked) is automatically captured
  • Responses are automatically sent to designated email addresses
  • Reports are created and sent to designated users at set intervals

Unique Identifiers for banners:

Banners included in emails now carry a unique user identifier. Track:
  • Correlate banner clicks to the user who sent the email
  • Let your users know when a banner they sent out has been clicked on and what the subject of the email was

Additional Identifiers for signatures:

  • Correlate signature clicks and BrandMe page views to email subject lines

Username Enforcement in Settings:

User settings now only accept email addresses as user names. This eliminates users using other identifiers instead of their email address.

Additional "Linked User" Capability:
Whilst prior version have catered for assistants to be linked to managers in a one-to-one relationship, this version of BrandMail caters for 1 manager to be linked to 2 assistants. This is particularly useful in environments such as insurance, which require brokers to have links to more than one broker assistant.
