BrandMe: Additional Fields
Is it possible to add a standard greeting on my BrandMail signature?
Yes, it is possible to add a standard greeting on your signature. Please ask your administrator to enable this functionality / add a field on your company signatures for your greeting.
BrandMail allows for up to 5 additional fields to be utilised on email signatures to carry unique user information such as greetings, pronouns, special leave information, etc.
These additional fields can be found on the BrandMail tab > BrandMe > Update My Signature > Additional fields:

When changing or adding information via the BrandMe form, remember to save the record and then synchronize your data to see the updates.
