BrandMe | How to update your email signature details
Depending on the settings of your organisation, your are able to update various fields containing your personal details. Updating these details will ensure your email signature content is correct, as well as your BrandMe page and any associated business cards.
In order to update your email signature:
1. In Outlook, click "New Email" or press Ctrl + N to open a new email
2. Go to the BRANDMAIL Tab
3. Click "update my signature"
4, Update your personal details in the fields provided in the BrandMe Form
5. Click Update Record button
Once the Update Record button has been clicked an information message will appear telling you the details have been updated and to sync your changes.
6. Click the
OK button to close the information message.
7. Click the
Close button to close down the BrandMe dialog.
8. Click the
Sync Data button in order for the changes you made to be updated to the BQIgnite platform.
When you open a new email, the changes will be visible.
