Add brand resources to toolbars

Add brand resources to your BrandMail toolbars

Both BrandMail Desktop and BrandMail Web cater for brand resources to be added and accessible from the BrandMail toolbars. These include:
  1. Attachments (e.g. brochures, collateral, rate cards, etc. It's common to attach PDF files, but you can a)
  2. Images (e.g. logos)
  3. Hyperlinks (e.g. links to specific pages on your website)
  4. Content Inserts (short-cut text for your users to use when emailing)
  5. Bundled Content Inserts (short-cut text for your users to use when emailing)
  6. Content Mailers (Neatly formatted in HTML)
  7. Business Card Templates (as many variants as you need)
  8. Banners (with your own Headline generator)
  9. Surveys (e.g. Rate My Service, Polls, etc)
  10. Fonts

Add an attachment

To add an attachment (document to share) which users can automatically attach to emails:
  1. Navigate to the required folder under Brand Resources
  2. Right-mouse click > Add Documents
  3. Select Add Attachment
  4. Select the required file and click UPLOAD ATTACHMENT
  5. Name the file and click SAVE CHANGES


Note that you can specify a document owner as well as availability.

Add an image

To add images which users can automatically attach to emails (e.g. logos):
  1. Navigate to the required folder under Brand Resources
  2. Right-mouse click
  3. Select Add Image
  4. Name the file and click SAVE CHANGES
Image file types supported: JPG, PNG, SVG, EMF, BMP


You can add brand resources such as links to commonly used websites or particular pages on you site for users to access from your BrandMail toolbars. 
  1. Navigate to the required folder under Brand Resources
  2. Right-mouse click
  3. Select Add URL
  4. Name the file and click SAVE CHANGES


A green tick appears if the URL is successfully checked.
Click SAVE
