Add brand resources to toolbars
Both BrandMail Desktop and BrandMail Web cater for brand resources to be added and accessible from the BrandMail toolbars. These include:
- Attachments (e.g. brochures, collateral, rate cards, etc. It's common to attach PDF files, but you can a)
- Images (e.g. logos)
- Hyperlinks (e.g. links to specific pages on your website)
- Content Inserts (short-cut text for your users to use when emailing)
- Bundled Content Inserts (short-cut text for your users to use when emailing)
- Content Mailers (Neatly formatted in HTML)
- Business Card Templates (as many variants as you need)
- Banners (with your own Headline generator)
- Surveys (e.g. Rate My Service, Polls, etc)
- Fonts
Add an attachment
To add an attachment (document to share) which users can automatically attach to emails:
- Navigate to the required folder under Brand Resources
- Right-mouse click > Add Documents
- Select Add Attachment
- Select the required file and click UPLOAD ATTACHMENT
- Name the file and click SAVE CHANGES
Add an image
To add images which users can automatically attach to emails (e.g. logos):
- Navigate to the required folder under Brand Resources
- Right-mouse click
- Select Add Image
- Name the file and click SAVE CHANGES
Image file types supported: JPG, PNG, SVG, EMF, BMP
Add URL (hyperlink)
You can add brand resources such as links to commonly used websites or particular pages on you site for users to access from your BrandMail toolbars.
- Navigate to the required folder under Brand Resources
- Right-mouse click
- Select Add URL
- Name the file and click SAVE CHANGES
A green tick appears if the URL is successfully checked.
Click SAVE
