How to add document owners
Document owners may be specified for every document or template added onto any toolbar in the BQIgnite admin console. Specifying document owners will enable you to identify documents for review which have been allocated to certain document owners. Document owners are managed in a list and you are able to add as many document owners as required.
1. Click CONTENT > DOCUMENT OWNERS
2. Click + to add a new document owner
3. Select the correct company from the drop-down menu and add the document owner's full name and SAVE
4. To allocate document owners to toolbar items, select the required toolbar, and in the owner drop down, select the correct document owner and click SAVE.
