Add a PowerPoint Slide to a BrandOffice toolbar

How to add a PowerPoint slide to a BrandOffice toolbar so it appears in the folder you choose. This article is for anyone who manages toolbar content.

Before you begin

  • Have the PowerPoint slide file ready (this is a normal .pptx file).
  • Open the BrandOffice toolbar's CONTENT tab in the BQIgnite Console.

Steps

  1. Select the folder where you want to add the slide.

  2. Right-mouse click the folder to open its menu.
  3. Select Add > PowerPoint > PowerPoint Slide

  4. Select UPLOAD MICROSOFT POWERPOINT SLIDE.

  5. Choose the PowerPoint slide file to upload from your workstation location.

  6. Enter a descriptive name in Name.
  7. Enter a tag in Tags.
  8. Press Enter to add the tag.

  9. Select SAVE CHANGES & EXIT.
  10. Select the added slide in the folder to check that it appears.
