Add a PowerPoint template to a BrandOffice toolbar

Add a PowerPoint template to a BrandOffice toolbar in the BQIgnite Console. This guide is for people who manage toolbar content.

Before you begin

  • Have the PowerPoint template file ready (this is a .potx file).
  • Open the toolbar you want to edit and go to its CONTENT tab.

Steps

  1. In the folder where you want the template, select Add > PowerPoint > PowerPoint Template.

  2. Select Upload Microsoft Office Template.

  3. Choose the PowerPoint template file to upload from the location on your workstation or shared network folder.
  4. Enter a name for the template in Name.
  5. Type a tag in Tags.
  6. Press Enter to add the tag.
  7. Select SAVE CHANGES & EXIT.
  8. Select the new template in the content tree to view its details.

Check it worked

The template appears in the folder you chose in the CONTENT tree. Please allow a few minutes for the thumbnail to render.
