BrandOffice version 49 is a major update that brings powerful new document automation features—Data Forms and Company Functions—alongside key stability improvements to streamline your content creation workflows.

Data Forms in Word

Embed centrally managed form fields (text boxes, dropdowns, radio buttons, checkboxes) directly into Word templates.
Use Word Merge or Bookmark fields under the hood for seamless integration.

Template Prefill & Storage

Pre-populate forms with default values and mark fields as mandatory.
Store entered values on each workstation for faster future document generation.

Centralized Control

Administrators can update form definitions globally, and changes will automatically propagate across all linked templates.

The new Data Forms function significantly reduces manual editing by guiding users through required inputs and auto-filling bookmarks in real time.

Company Functions

BrandOffice now allows you to Run C# or VBA code snippets from within Word, Excel, or PowerPoint to perform custom tasks.
Manage and distribute your functions (e.g., automated revision numbering, page insertion, content stamping) from the BQIgnite centralized admin console.
