How to view and edit a user's email signature

To view a user's signature and related images (e.g. BrandMe page, business cards, etc):

1. Navigate to USERS > SIGNATURE METADATA

2. Search for your user using the filters (email address is the quickest filter)



3. Double click on the record to open it

4. Use the tabs on the left to view and/or edit the signature information
5. To view the user BrandMe page, click the VIEW BRANDME PAGE button on the right
6. To view the signature and any other user images, click on generated images
