Sync Your BrandMail Web
How to sync BrandMail Web
Welcome to BrandMail Web!
Compose
Compose a new email in Outlook.
If you can see the BrandMail Web icon, it means that your organization has deployed BrandMail Web to your workstation.
Settings
Click on About and then Settings.
Platform Instance
Select the correct option from the Platform Instance drop-down menu.
Click Save Settings and then Close. Please note that if you select the incorrect instance, you cannot sync and receive your email signature and content.
Synchronize Data
Click on the BrandMail Web icon again. Select Synchronize Data.
Your Sync will start automatically. You may need to Sync again right after the first sync is done to fully refresh the database.
Once the sync has finished, please discard the current email and compose a new email to see your BrandMail Web signature.
