Switch BrandMail Web email signatures in Outlook online or new Outlook

If you have alternate BrandMail email signatures set up, BrandMail Web will switch your email signature based on the FROM address you use. It will also automatically insert banners, social banners, and surveys.

If you can't find your alternate signatures, contact your BrandMail administrator.
