Microsoft Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action

his error is a Microsoft Office error, caused by too many add-ins being enabled.
1. Wait for Office to prompt which add-in is causing a problem and then disable the add-in.
2. Alternatively, put the Office application into safe mode either using the /safemode parameter when launching from the command prompt or holding down the CTRL key when launching the office application.
3. You can then disable the application which is causing the error.
