Mail Templates

Mail templates are there to assist you with repetitive email content. Do you regularly see clients and need a standard response to send out? Or perhaps need a correctly branded birthday greeting to send to a client? The mail templates folder houses two types of mail templates:

  1. Emailer Templates
  2. Email Content Inserts 

Emailer Templates

Emailer Templates, such as the one below, are pre-formatted HTML templates which will be loaded and managed by your marketing content administrators. Should you require additional templates, please contact your toolbar administrator(s).

To access Emailer Templates, go to Mail Templates > Emailer Templates:



Selecting the Mailer brings up a dialogue box. If there are any fields for you to fill in, they will be available in the drop-down, as shown below:

Once completed, click "OK". The Mailer will then drop into Outlook, already pre-formatted in HTML.
