Locking Job Titles so users can't change them

How to lock down the Job Title Field

The Company Settings section allows you to control the various fields available for use on the signature metadata used for email signatures. It also controls which fields are available in the BrandMe page which displays when recipients click on your users' email signatures. 

1. Log into the Admin console using your admin credentials
2. Navigate to Companies and double click on the company you wish to edit
3. Go to Settings



















4. Un-tick the checkbox next to job title. 
5. Click Save. 
6. If you navigate to the signature metadata of any of your users int he company, so will now see the field has become greyed out or "locked".
