Report Formats

Output options include:

Document File

.MDC File (Multi-dimensional Cube Data File)
.MDZ File (MS Access Wizard Template File)
.MDX File (Multiple index file (dBASE IV))

Adobe PDF

HTML File

Microsoft Word File

Microsoft Excel File

Data File (.csv)

If you are looking to output the report into a format that is easy to manipulate, choosing the data file option (.csv) may be a good option for you. 



The default output options for the data file should suffice. Save the .csv file and you can later open the file using Microsoft Excel.
