BrandOffice: How to complete your Settings in BrandOffice and synchronise your toolbar(s)

1. Go to the BRANDOFFICE ribbon in Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint
2. Click on the Settings button


A new Settings dialog will be displayed



3. Make sure the URL and Database Location have the same values in the screenshot.
4. Fill in your Username and Password in the relevant fields
Please take special note of the instructions provided by your organisation. These are not necessarily your Windows login details.
 Your Username will be an email address, and the password would have been provided to you by your administrator. 















5. Click the OK button. The Settings will now be updated.
Click the Sync Data button and the data will now be synchronised if your user credentials are correct.



Note: The first sync will take a little longer, since it will be downloading all the toolbar information for the first time. Thereafter, the toolbar will stay up to date through periodic synchronisation.
