BrandOffice Error: "We are sorry. We cannot insert your required image into this current selection. Please make another selection and try again!"
Errors when inserting icons, images or slides from the toolbars occur when the cursor is not positioned around the complete slide. In order to rectify this, the cursor needs to be placed on the complete PowerPoint slide (so the orange selection appears right around the slide), rather than in-between slides. This will ensure that any images, icons, etc on the toolbars are inserted correctly onto the desired slide.
