Connection from IP Address is not accepted
When syncing data from the BrandMail or BrandOffice add-in or the BQIgnite Web Admin Console you may get an error informing you your Connection from a specific IP address has been blocked.

If you get this error it is because the IP address you are connecting from is not accepted in the security settings of your company profile. You will either need
to be connected to the local network (LAN) or via a virtual private network connection (VPN) to your company.
