Setting up your Company in the Admin Console

General Company Settings

General Company Settings

Name: This is the display name for the Company. It will display in the Company listing page and will be the display name used on the BrandMe pages.
Profile Picture: This may be set to User or to Company. If it is set to Company the company icon loaded under settings will be displayed on all user's BrandMe pages. If this setting is set to User then the logo will only display if a user has not loaded a profile picture under their signature metadata. 
Reporting Colour: The colour used for Admin Console Dashboards. 
Sync Software: Whether software updates should automatically be pushed to users (note Admin rights will be required on workstations for updates to install).
Active: If the company is not active, no users, toolbars, BrandMe pages, Reports, etc will be functional.
BRANDMAIL: Force All Users to Sync: This immediately forces all users which are active an part of the company to sync (note this overrides the normal sync cycle). Allow 30 min for all workstations to receive the instruction.

Settings (for Signatures)

This tab controls the settings for your email signatures in BrandMail. 
Note: these settings apply at a company level. Should you require different settings for other sub-brands or regions, rather set those up as individual companies. 

Each signature metadata field available has the following settings: 

Enabled: This controls whether a user will be able to edit this field or not via the BrandMe page form on the BrandMail ribbon
Required: This controls whether the filed is mandator for users to complete or not
Visible: This refers to the filed visibility on the BrandMe page
Options: Set these to Upper Case, Lower case, Sentence Case or Free Text, depending on your Company requirements
Default Value: the default vale that should appear in the filed (useful for social media links)

Security

Password Policy: For the admin Console
Virus Scanning: Enabling this will scan any attachments loaded by administrators in the admin console
IP Address Filtering: Specify IP Addresses which are allowed to connect to the platform

Pricing

Displays the pricing used in quarterly true-ups and true-downs (annual licensed enterprises)

BrandMe Page

Controls the BrandMe page display settings

Audit Log History

Provides a full audit log of all edits to the company settings. The audit log may also be exported from the platform.
