How to clear your old Gmail email signature

If your old Gmail signature has not been cleared from Gmail, you may experience problems with double signatures or formatting issues. In order to resolve this, you simply need to disable your old Gmail signature, as well as all related formatting settings.

1. Log into your Gmail account
   
2. Navigate to Settings
   
3. Click on the General tab
   
4. Scroll down to Signature

Setting changes:

1. Click on remove formatting
   
2. Go to signature defaults and set:
   
3. FOR NEW EMAILS IN USE > set to No signature
   
4. ON REPLY/FORWARD USE > set to No signature
