Check if BrandMail or BrandOffice is installed
Open Windows Explorer
For BrandMail, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\BrandQuantum\BrandMail and check if there is a bin folder with files in the folder.

For BrandOffice, browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\BrandQuantum\BrandOffice and check if there is a bin older with files in the folder.

If no BRANDOFFICE or BRANDMAIL tabs are appearing, close the Office Suite applications and run the registeruser.bat file in the respective bin folder.
Register User Batch File
Go back to the Office application which you closed down and the tab should now appear.
