How to set-up the BrandStream Add-in for Microsoft Teams

Log into the BQIgnite Admin Console:

Download BrandStream Installation file
Go to SOFTWARE > UPDATES and download the latest BrandStream .zip file.

Go to the Channel tab and create a new channel. The name of the channel must be supplied to you by BrandQuantum. This name is a GUID (Globally Unique Identifier) provided by BrandQuantum.
Manage BrandStream Team
Once the Team is created, select the team. Right-mouse click on the Team and click Manage Team:

Select the BrandStream.zip file from your download location and upload it:

Add BrandStream Channels
Once the BrandStream Team is created, you can add your channels (Announcement, Event, and News).
Create each of the three Teams Channels: Announcement, Event, and News
Please note that these names must be created exactly as provided in order for the application to send the messages correctly to these channels.
Add each of the three new channels: Announcement, Event, and News:
Provide a channel name (as per the names provided, and set the channel type)
Add all your channels
Set-up Complete
BrandStream is set-up and ready to go.
Your administrators will now be able to create, schedule, and send BrandStream announcements, event, and news from the BQIgnite platform.
