BrandMe | Updating your email signature
Depending on the settings of your organisation, your are able to update various fields containing your personal details. Updating these details will ensure your email signature content is correct, as well as your BrandMe page and any associated business cards.
If any of the details on your email signature are incorrect, or need to be updated, you can do so as follows:
- Start a new email
- Go to the BrandMail tab
- Click on BrandMe > Update My Email Signature
Please check all your information to ensure it is correct. This information is used for your
“BrandMe Page”, as well as any business cards you have access to

Update Record
.
Note:
Please contact your IT support team should you need to update fields for which you don’t have permission to edit.
Please hit Sync data in order to view the updated details.
Once the Update Record button has been clicked an information message will appear telling you the details have been updated and to sync your changes.
Click the OK button to close the information message.
Click the Close button to close down the BrandMe dialog.
Click the Sync Data button in order for the changes you made to be updated to the BQIgnite platform.
When you open a new email, the changes will be visible.
