BrandMail or BrandOffice Error: Username or Password is incorrect!
Once settings have been inputed into BrandOffice or BrandMail and "Sync Data" has been clicked, this error may be received:
User Credentials error
This is caused by:
1. The user does not complete the correct username & password credentials. Generally these credentials are NOT the same as the Windows credentials. Attention should be paid to the instructions given regarding user credentials. If the details have been inputed correctly and the problem persists, the cause will be:
2. The user does not yet exist in the BQIgnite admin console. The user should contact their administrator in order for their credentials to be loaded in the BQIgnite admin console. Alternatively, log a ticket with
support@brandquantum.com for these credentials to be added by the Toolbar Administrator.
