BrandMail or BrandOffice Error: Could not load file or assembly 'LiteDB, Version 3.1.0.0.
If you begin syncing your data and you get the following error below it is because the incorrect/unauthorised version of the software has been installed on your workstation.
LiteDB error
Please get a support engineer to completely remove the software off your machine via Add/Remove Programs.
Once the software application has been removed you need to get the software engineer to remove the BIN
folder from the installation directory.
For BrandMail please get the software engineer to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\BrandQuantum\BrandMail and remove the bin folder completely.
For BrandOffice please get the software engineer to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\BrandQuantum\BrandOffice for BrandOffice and remove the bin folder completely.
Once the the BIN folder has been completely removed the relevant software can be re-installed again by the software engineer.
