BrandMail Error: My cursor appears below the signature when I start typing
Why does my cursor not appear in the correct position on emails OR under my BrandMail email signature?
If your cursor appears in the wrong place when creating new emails or replying to emails, this is because your old Outlook default signature settings have not yet been removed prior to the installation of the BrandMail software.
In order to rectify this, please follow the steps below:
1. In Outlook, go to: File > Options > then click on "Mail"
3. Then change the default for "new messages" and "replies/forwards" to
(none). i.e. remove any prior signature options which have been defaulted.
4. Click "Ok"
5. Restart Outlook if necessary in order for changes to take effect.
