An error occurred while syncing the Data - Value cannot be null. Parameter name: tenant

Settings Error: An error occurred while syncing the Data - Value cannot be null. Parameter name: tenant

The below error occurs when Use Windows Authentication has been ticked under the user settings and the organization is not set to use Windows Authentication. 


In order to rectify, please go the BRANDMAIL tab. Click on SETTINGS and UNTICK use Windows Authentication. 

You can then apply the username and password provided to you by your system administrator. Click OK

Once you click "Synchronize Data" the error will disappear.
