What you need to know about Harvey Balls
Harvey Balls are often used in PPT presentations, but may be used in Excel and Word too. Harvey Balls are actually a font, which is applied to the numbers 0,1,2,3,4 to create the desired visual representation of completeness or progress.
Using Harvey Balls
Users will create Harvey Balls by selecting numerical text and applying the Harvey font from the toolbar to numerical text. Note, applying the font to normal characters will render an error!
Users can then use the font colour palette under brand standards to apply any colour of choice. The size of the Harvey Balls is adjusted by changing the font size.
Adding Harvey Balls to BrandOffice
1. Identify the BrandOffice toolbar
2. Add the Harvey Balls font (.ttf) by right-mouse clicking on the desired folder, then going to Brand Standards > Add font
3. Upload the Harvey Balls Font
4. Save Changes
The Harvey Balls font will now be available for users to apply in Word, Excel and PPT.
