What's new in version 3.4.0.0?

BrandOffice version 3.4.0.0 (Build 3.4.0.0) adds Brand Assist to help you create and check content in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Brand Assist

• Brand Assist pane opens from the Assist ribbon button when your company has enabled AI.
• Bios and Tombstones use synced people and deals with your company templates, offer design choices and suggest close matches for names they cannot find.
• Toolbar content lets you use templates, inserts, slides and images from your selected toolbar with the usual brand rules and layouts.
• Writing tools help you write or rewrite text, fill slides, format cell ranges and ask questions about long documents.
• Brand checks compare documents with stored fonts, colours and styles, and can apply a template’s styles where they have drifted.
• Change previews let you confirm changes before Brand Assist applies them, while the pane follows your chosen theme.

Sign-in and settings

• Microsoft sign-in happens once per session when data syncing runs, so Brand Assist does not ask you to sign in separately.
• Entra ID Authentication is the new name for the existing authentication setting.
