BrandMail version 2.4: Brand Assist and custom link domains

What's new in version 2.4?

BrandMail version 2.4 (Build 2.4.0.0) adds Brand Assist and supports your company's verified domain in tracked links.

Brand Assist

  • Writing help drafts emails from your instructions, rewrites or shortens text, and summarises threads into key points and actions.
  • Toolbar actions find and insert signatures, banners and content by name, and tell you when an item belongs to another toolbar.
  • Support help answers questions from the knowledge base, finds your tickets and creates a ticket when you need further help.
  • Signature details can be checked and corrected through Brand Assist, which then refreshes your signature.
  • Preview before changes lets you confirm every email edit, while inserted content follows your existing brand rules.
  • Assist pane opens from the Assist ribbon button, follows your selected theme and appears when your company enables AI.

Sign-in and settings

  • Microsoft sign-in happens once per session when data sync runs, so Brand Assist does not ask you to sign in separately.
  • Authentication setting now uses the name Microsoft Entra ID Authentication.

Custom link domains

  • Tracked links use your company's verified domain in signatures, replies, banners, surveys, social media and disclaimers, with no change to how links work.
  • Company-specific links use the domain associated with each toolbar, including for users who work across companies.
  • BrandMe page opens on the same domain as your signature links when you select View My BrandMe Page.
